In the case of groceries, please note that returns and exchanges are not possible due to the customer’s convenience after shipping the product.
We accept only when the product you applied for is different from the delivered product, or when the product is defective.
Please contact us within 7 days after delivery. If you wish to exchange, we will exchange it for free as soon as possible.
However, returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases.
# If the customer damaged products
# If products opened (unless it is found to be defective after opening) or used
# When 8 days have passed since the customer received the product
* About cases where delivery could not be completed due to long-term absence, moving, etc.
If the storage period at the delivery company expires after shipment, the product will be returned to our store. In this case, please note that we cannot refund the product price.
In addition, we will charge a separate shipping fee for returns.
If you wish to re-ship the product, we will arrange shipping after receiving a new shipping fee.
* If you are unable to deliver due to a change of address, please let us know the new delivery address during that period.
If there is no contact after the storage period, we will forward it to the client.
