Personal information received from customers will not be provided to third parties without the consent of the customers, except where any of the following applies:

(4) When there is a need to cooperate in regard to a central government organization or a local government, or a person entrusted by them performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and when there is a possibility that obtaining a principal’s consent would interfere with the performance of the said affairs.

4. Consignment of personal information
In order to achieve the purpose of use described in Article 2 of this Privacy Policy, the Company may outsource the handle and management of Personal information provided by customers to a contractor who has signed a confidentiality agreement with the Company and the Company will be responsible for the management of such contractor.

5. Optionality of Registration and Entering of Personal Information
If a customer do not enter each of the required items on the information input screen, such customer will not be able to receive the various services provided on this website.
Items without the indication of “Required Items” are optional. There will be no disadvantage in principle even if the optional item section is not entered.

6. Rights Related to Personal Information
At the request by the customer, the Company may notify of purpose of use, disclose, amend, add, delete, suspend the use, erase, or suspend the provision to third parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Disclosure and Others”) regarding the personal information the Company collects and stores from the customers. 7. Use of Cookies
Cookies are for the convenience of browsing the Company’s website when the customers visit the Company’s website again, and the Company does not collect your personal information. 8. Handling of Personal Information including Credit Card Information
(1) Purpose of Use of Credit Card Information
The credit card information the Company has collected will be used for the following purposes:
①To make credit card payments for purchased products and services.
②To store the relevant information, if the member of the Company’s website has selected to register his/her credit card information on the payment screen, or to register the credit card information in advance so that the entry of the credit card information will not be required for the subsequent orders

(2) Acquirer of Credit Card Information
The acquirer of credit card information will be a trading agent.

(3) Submission of Credit Card Information
The credit card information provided by the customers will be submitted to the following:
– When the provision of the credit card information is for the purpose of item ① in Article 8.1 hereof: Each credit card company used for credit card payment
– When the provision of the credit card information is for the purpose of item ② in Article 8.2 hereof: he credit card information will not be submitted.

(4) Credit Card Information Retention Period
– When the provision of the credit card information is for the purpose of item ① in Article 8.1 hereof: Ten years from the date of credit card payment.
– When the provision of the credit card information is for the purpose of item ② in Article 8.2 hereof: Until the customer cancels credit card information registration or until the customer is no longer a member of the Company’s website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, credit card information may be deleted for the convenience of the Company.
